Before you begin using Be U menstrual cup for every cycle make sure to sterile them in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

How to wear

Wash your hand thoroughly before handling menstrual cup

   2      Wash

Use punch down fold method for  Be U menstrual cup. It is the best  and easiest way to insert.

Hold your fold menstrual cup between thumb and index finger.

Be in squat position or standing while elevating one foot over bathtub or w.c. Relax your muscle.

   5      Squat

Use one hand to open vulva and the other hand insert cup gently. Push cup back until you feel the cup 'pop' open.

   6      Insert

You can wear up to 12 hours straight before emptying your cup

   7      Wear

Once full, squat and do a bit of kegel to push out cup, reach for the stem and pull out. Pinch the base of the cup to release air for easier removal.

Carefully hold cup to prevent spill and simply empty blood into w.c and flush.
